Incredible and eye opening

I have read lots of books on nutrition and diet, this is hands down the best one. Detailed, scientific and actionable... this book has it all!

Waste of Money

Save your money, review of old news based on observational studies and offers misinformation is what I found, just my take. I couldn't finish the constant repeat of common sense knowledge you can find anywhere and opinion cherry picking. So many better books out there that offer more insight on health and nutrition, nothing new here!

Useful but info missing from the book

Excellent science-based nutrition informations. No pdf with audiobook: missing tables. Recipes should be in a pdf not in a read format (far less useful).
