Hot and Steamy

Excellent fluff listen. Very easy to listen to and gets you in the mood for sure. Because it’s narrated by a female and male actor it would have been nice if the female read the female parts in the chapters that focuses on the male leads and vice versa, instead of having the male read the female lines. It sorta took away from the story when it did that. But great easy read, very enjoyable, would recommend to a girlfriend.

Meh. Entertaining enough

All three stories are basically the same, just other characters. Sappy, cheesy, but ok. Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Stores of Love, Loss and finding each other

Show Me the Way (Fight For Me Collection #1) Written by A. L. Jackson and Narrated by Zachary Webber and Andi Arndt.
If you want angst, then A. L. Jackson is who you should be reading and Zachary Webber and Andi Arndt are who should be narrating that story. Honestly, reading the book is one thing, but having those words in your ears and allowing your mind to make up the movie that appears in your mind…dear lord hand me a fan please! Zachary Webber sends goose bumps up your arms when he is talking to his little girl and when he is finally knows Rynna is the woman he needs oh give me strength.

Follow Me Back (Fight For Me Collection #2) Written by A. L. Jackson and Narrated by Joe Arden and Andi Arndt.
Take two of Romancelandia’s favourite narrators and put them together with the wonderful words written by A. L. Jackson and you have the perfect recipe for this audio book. Even better that it is part of a collection. Joe Arden is the perfect voice for Kale Bryant, ER doctor, man of one night stands and holder of guilt. So after meeting his new patient Evan and his mother Hope he knows he is gonna help out Evan as much as he can and he also realizes he wants Hope…in that southern sweet talkin man kinda way. Both have secrets and their secrets are even more entwined than either one of them could imagine. Again, A. L. Jackson’s stories come to life in our heads and hearts when Joe Arden and Arndt carry us away in this wonderfully narrated story.

Lead Me Home (Fight For Me Collection #3) Written by A. L. Jackson and narrated by Joe Arden and Andi Arndt.
Ollie and Nikki have known each other for almost their entire lives. Some even thought it would be natural for them to grow up and marry. Until the day Ollie’s sister Sydney goes missing. Life changed for a lot of people. A. L. Jackson, queen of angst, gives us more than that, there is a mystery here. What happened to Sydney? Why was she never found? Along with that there is the guilt that Ollie feels, add in a number of friends who feel that guilt as well. Joe Arden and Andi Arndt are the kind of narrators that sweep up a listener and make you part of the story. They do an amazing job together and that is what a listener needs to enjoy a book. Narrators that can take those words and bring you inside of the story with them.

Three books - Three different review

Show Me The Way : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loved this book. Great story, fast moving. Zachary Webber’s voice is so sexy. Andi Arndt was wonderful yet again.

Follow Me Back : ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not sure about this book. Could have been a great story if it was not for the slow moving plot. Andi was great but I wish they kept Zachary as the male voice. Joe Arden was just ok. Not my favorite narrator but is not terrible.

You will love it!

I fell upon the first in the series by accident and saw there was a complete collection. Wish I knew that before I bought the first one, however, you will not be disappointed. They carry the story well through all three books with the last one wrapping up a story line that I did not even realize was one. It is not just about love but also family, friends and loss. You will fall in love with Franki Lee and want to just hug Ethan, they were a good add on. I loved the series!

Yes~

This was most economical to purchase as a compilation. Buying through Amazon and getting the discount was like three books for less than the price of one.

So Far I've finished the First book - Show Me The Way with Zachary Webber and Andi Arndt.
I really enjoyed this one. One of the most FUN things was the character of Frankie, Rex's young daughter. Both Andi and Zachary did excellent jobs on their narration, but their narration of Frankie made me laugh so much.
These characters both had absolutely horrible things happen to them in the past, they just meet and they have no idea how much their pasts intertwine. It was a great listen Very much recommend.

On to the Second Book: Follow me back - Joe Arden & Andi Arndt
We get Dr Kale's story. While Joe and Andi give GREAT performances, and the love story is special. Those kids steal the story. Again Frankie is the best character, and Joe's kid voice makes me giggle. But the boy... the little boy. His story. His story guts me, fills me with emotion, and is the one I'm rooting for.

Third Book Lead Me Home - Joe Arden & Andi Arndt
Ollie & Nikki's story. A heartbreaker really. Childhood friends / sweathearts. The ghost of Ollie's sister Sydney who disappeared after a group outing when she was just a teen. None of them have ever really recovered. In the present Nikki is dealing with a 'stalker' of sorts. Ollie is there to protect her. I'm still a huge fan of the little kid voices through the whole story.

Way too much swearing!

I would have enjoyed the book so much more with less swearing. It took away from the storyline.

Ouch

I’m only though the first 2 stories, and went for these mostly because I loved listening to Andi and Zachary in a book called Dirty Letters by Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward. A.L Jackson is NOT them tho. These stories in Fight For Me are like driving past a huge car crash—you don’t really want to look, but you really can’t help but look in your morbid curiosity. The writing is truly painful. Each description has 2 or 3 terms, seemingly taken right out of a thesaurus. Totally over dramatic. These characters seem to be bi-polar in that they only seem to feel rage, or the most joyful joy ever felt by any human in history. Intense and overpowering. Yeesh. The stories (and least 1 and 2) are formulaic, i.e. they are pretty much written with the boy sees girl and thinks she’s hot, boy and girl meet and the chemistry is intense but there is baggage on both sides, boy and girl can’t resist each other even tho they know then can never REALLY have each other, blah de blah. The love scenes are also utterly painful to listen to. People who are falling in love don’t generally call it “fucking”. So crass. Is that really what you all call it? There are so many more gentle ways to describe lovemaking and body parts that are still hot as hell. I give 2 stars for performance because Andi and Zachary do a lovely job. Joe, not so much. People, and especially women don’t end every sentence on an uptick. Bizarre. Also, what’s the deal with the male characters saying “fucking this” and “goddamned that” in every other sentence? Just drop the goddamned fucking whatever and it will be fine. Maybe that’s just how educated people in Alabama talk? I dunno. Anyhow, I will finish this and #3, and then will exchange for something well written. What will it be? The possibilities are endless...

Wow... Its read as clear as a movie! Im so amazed!

I am speechless! I’m in my kitchen, doing laundry and cleaning my house with this playing in my headphones, I’m screening, laughing and wowing. My kids were so worried for me, it was funny. Thank you! I’m so excited to discover more from this author! Life is great!

Meh...I see why it was on sale

I purchased the Fight For Me Collection thinking 3 complete books for $5 was a bargain, but by the middle of the first story, I was thinking about requesting a refund. Since I usually enjoy anything narrated by Joe Arden and Andi Arndt, I went ahead and listened to the rest of the series. These stories OK, but nothing special. My mind tended to wander while listening because the books are kind of long and drawn out. First, I was thrown off-track by Frankie's speech and language skills and kept thinking she needed a speech therapist, but as I continued to listen, I decided all of the main characters would have benefited from the services of a good psychotherapist. The storylines are pretty far-fetched, but that doesn't usually keep me from enjoying works of fiction. In this instance, I would have preferred more action and less flowery prose that just felt like cheesy filler. The narrators saved the day with this series.

Three Awesome Stories About Hot Men!!! ❤️

First of all, I have to say that the narrators made this audiobook successful. Joe and Andi are two of my favorites, and Zachary held his own. Joe could read the phone book and I’d still swoon. Ha ha.

All three stories were great, but I have to say that Rex and Renna’s story was my favorite of the three with Ollie and Nikki’s coming in a very close second. There’s something about tormented souls getting a second chance at love and forgiveness.

I loved the friendship that was bonded between the three male characters, and the friendships that became of the women because of the men in their lives.

Ollie and Nikki’s story was so heartbreaking that I actually shed tears listening to that one.

I could’ve done without the excessive use of the F word, and other vulgarity, but it was still a great listen.

Major Disappointment after first book in series

The whole book is forced. Too much sex, too unbelievable fairy tale, too sappy. The first book was really good but this one was not.
