Description

When you're the best at what you do, it's not always easy to walk away. Nathan McBride was retired. Basic

Sub par narration. All the characters sounded drunk and the women portrayed as snivelling waifs despite their roles as FBI agents. Skip this one.

Story is ok, the narrator is awful

I'm only a quarter through, but really struggling with the narration. Every character sounds like an octogenarian when they should be younger and dynamic the rest of the time they just sound drunk. It's really off-putting and spoils a good story.

Thoroughly enjoyed it.

It was a great way to get into another Audible series. I really appreciate Dick Hill as a narrator.

Couldn’t get through it

The story was decent but that natation was so bad I couldn’t get through it. Completely awful. Wish I didn’t buy the first three books. Wasted money
