Publisher's Summary

The start of everything is critically important - and every truly successful product or business starts with a successful launch. Unfortunately most entrepreneurs put all their focus into "getting the doors open" without giving much thought to creating a great launch. However, since 1996, Jeff Walker has been obsessed with creating hugely successful launches in our increasingly digital world. During those years Jeff created an unbroken string of amazing successes for himself and his clients. Operating tiny businesses in an almost underground society, they've collectively done over $400 million in sales.

Launch is the "how to" manual for using Jeff's formula to follow a path of success - to create a product or business launch that gives you nearly instant momentum, sales, and positioning.

Braggadocious BS!

I couldn’t get past the second chapter! Completely unrealistic & sounds like a cheap infomercial! Save your credits! Wish I’d gotten something else.

Great book

So, the book is full of anecdotes and examples from many other trainers but, I really enjoyed hearing his take and got a lot of value from the book!

Good but clearly meant to sell me more

The book is good and motivating. Although there is only one chapter dedicated to the actual mechanics of launching a new product. The rest of the chapters are meant for variations of this only piece of information. What stroke me is the continuous pushy pushy -this works and in my seminars we do more/ we go deeper in my seminars and works/ this guy did it who went to my seminars- he had a wonderful opportunity to fill space with concrete examples. Instead of that, most examples are: "this guy I know".. very far from a case study you could learn from: "this guy I know did it, and sold 400.000 on his first launch. Trust me it works"

This Guy Deserves Every Star He Gets

Would you listen to Launch again? Why?

In the spirit of full disclosure, I have an Audible subscription and I did buy this title. Yes I had heard of Mr. Walker but have never met him, purchased anything from him or been to an event. We are not related and he did not slip me $10 to write this.

As a person who has dabbled around the edges of Internet Based Business, I know the challenges of getting your product online and selling in a meaningful way....mostly because I failed the first few times around.

After the second time through this wonderfully read and meat packed book, I feel I have a solid foundation to go out and launch my business with a real plan and success strategy.

I do admit that I read some of the less than stellar reviews before I bought and now after reading the book, apparently I read a different book.

Of course it's obvious he has products galore to his credit, but I did not feel I needed to buy something else to get value out of this book. It stands along on its own feet!

If you are seriously looking to sell online, here is the bible if you plan to "Launch" your product.

Very informative!

Mostly reviews for this book have been VERY positive, as mine will be. There are a couple of folks who have said it's just a scam, one big advertisement for other products he sells. Well, having listened to this on Audible, and having purchased the physical book to have the option to flip to specific parts as needed, I can say that what Jeff Walker provides in this book is the whole package. I have no doubt that if one were to purchase other materials from him, one would get even more information, but I did not get the impression he was holding back with just enough to tantalize one to spend more money on other products. (And I'll mention, that anyone in business who doesn't do cross selling is dumb. I for one am happy to hear about other products from a business that interests me.)

I can say that I have made a good living being in business for myself (two products and one service) most of my adult life. I'm an avid reader and a self-learner. The How To and Self Development books I've read though the years number in the hundreds. This book is up there in my top 10, maybe 5.

I am creating my first online product business, which being as cautious as I am, I've invested a tremendous amount research. This book has given me a solid plan that I feel confident about. I am about to put what I've learned into action. I'm so satisfied with Jeff's knowledge, experience, and the amount of information (he definitely over delivers), that I will, after my first few launches, purchase more from him, but this info is plenty to get me started on the right path.

Good tips, but salsey

This book had good ideas sprinkled through, but I believe that some of the info is now outdated and it is really salsey. This is a way for him to put you on his sales funnel and opt in to his email list as well to get bonus content mentioned in the book. I think it could have been condensed to just the good stuff and been half as lon. I joined the list but later unsubscribed because I felt it was just meh.

Sell sell sell

The repetition of his program name gets painful and feels like he is trying to hypnotise you into a purchase.

great for entrepreneurs in the information bizz.

Its a great formula! Jeff shares a lot of information in this book, of course with a lot of success stories. In my opinion the book could have been more compressed to the core information, but it was all worth listening to. I recommend it to all business owners and aspiring business owners too!

You can get the $2000 PLF training or listen to this book. Maybe you should start with this book.

Way to much fluff not enough content

Author talks in circles without really delivering much content. Reality is he isn't much of a "business man" simply someone who sells advice to sad people like you and me who want to start a business. Someone needs to be successful in selling something other than tips on how to be successful to truly have grounds to stand on. Issue with this guy is that is all he has done. This book sort of proves it, talking in circles giving his "secret phrases" of common sense sales practices

Great recipee, critical information for success

On the overall, five stars. The path to the heart of the book is long, however if you want to relate to Jeff's path, it is important to follow through.

Performance, five stars. I was wondering if I would critize on this point. Techniques and methods described imply little to big audiences. A chapter explains how to build a list at no cost or so and it surely is a fantastic one.

History five stars. Jeff talks about the way he acted to live a better life. He also talks about other successfull marketers like the french marketer. Have to meditate not to become jaleous and start from scratch.

Gone for a True offer launch very soon. Offering a course on how to make money with banking affiliate marketing in France. Seems so cool as means are there for Victory and help clients start building wealth.

Cheers from France, All the best.
