Narrator was bad
There was some good information in there. A lot of it was repeated again and again. The narrator was hard to follow and made many mistakes.

Narrator issues
The information is helpful, but I am distracted by the extremely poor narration job. It's like listening to a high school student reciting a paper they just wrote. Terrible job.
