What a great story

This experience was the perfect way to understand who Thanos is and what he believes his purpose is. After listening to this I wont be able to watch Infinity War the same way

Ties to movie, not comic

This is a good story but it’s important to note that it follows the cinematic universe plot from the movies and not the Sapir your plot line from the comic book.

Brought so much depth to the Mad Titan!

This book was so amazing that I read it in print and then got the audiobook to re-experience it! If you're a fan of Marvel, the MCU, or just want an interesting villain backstory, this book is for you. My only complaint is that it seemed to skip over some of the later developments in Thano's life. For example, the Black Order seems to be sort of an after thought.

a gap filling amazing journey into Thanos lore.

Loved everything about this story. I had so many questions after the movie, this book scratches the surface by starting the timeline. It is a "must read" for Marvel fans!

Great tie-in

Fills in some of the missing information of the MCU and explains background tidbits of Thanos. Excellent narration and story.

Well written

I've recently finished Barry Lyga's Thanos: Titan Consumed. This was a very interesting and well written book. I could only hope this tale would make it into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It is a great read for those well versed with Marvel as well as those just scratching the surface of these stories recently. Who is Thanos? How did he become who he is in the Infinity War? Why would he consume himself with such a massive task? You can find most of these answers within the pages of this book. As for is Thanos a savior? Is he fighting for the greater good? Is what he's doing right? Is it truly the only option? well... you will have to decide that for yourself...

10/10 snaps

If only endgame had a flashback to The slug fest on the asgardian ship. What a kickass book this is. I have been putting off watching infinity war but after reading this book I had no other choice. Fantastic book
