Publisher's Summary

The world has ended, and those worthy of it have received the chance for a new life in a new reality.

Zach grew in power and thrived in the post-Framework world. He became a respected leader, a shining example of what it meant to be good. But as the world ended, he had only one thought: to punish the monster that had killed the world long before the Framework ended it. Yet not even with his incredible power was he able to stand against the World Ender. His arrival in the new realty, the Infinite Realm, gives him the chance to grow stronger, to find the monster again - and make it pay.

Ryun survived the chaos after the arrival of the Framework by pushing harder than anyone else. He grew in power until he became the most powerful being that had ever walked the planet; but he is hated by the world, called a monster by all others, the World Ender. As the world ends and he steps into a new one, where people stronger than him have lived for centuries, he finds himself lost and without purpose. The only thing that had mattered to him had been lost to him long ago. He truly was the monster that people considered him to be, and he now finds himself wondering if this new reality has a place for someone like him - but he had never been one for lying down and dying without a fight. One world fell to his power, and another might follow.

Looking forwards to more

This was fantastic, I loved almost everything about it... everything but Zach... f*** Zach... (super well written character but he sucks).

Some people love this kind of book..

I understand some people seem tlike this kind of book. I've gone through some litrpg books now and I am addicted to some.

Some books however have no plot, no development, and tend to be a power fantasy that the blandest of characters are running through.

This book is about a psychopath, who has no personality, no rational, and just wants to get stronger for the sake of it.

They set up a plot, and then completely ignore it in favor or stroking the main characters ego about how strong and smart he is.

I regret finishing this book in all honesty.

If you love it though power to you.

Lawful Good

God this book is so well written the back and forth between characters and times just keeps you wanting for more!

Zach is so painful to listen too he never even question right or wrong just follows laws blindly and it iratates me so much! It is a good contrast but man does he make me want to punch him! Well done on writing your characters!

Chapter 100 is hard to listen too but well down and really brings the story into the realm of a masterpiece.

Audio was well done and added well to the story.

Cant wait for book 2!!

Good but difficult

First thing: Zac isnt my favorite character.

There's a split timeline where events from the past are told in a few chapters, then events from the present, and back and forth as such. I found it made it difficult to follow the plot progression quite often.

great read if you like cultivation

Loved everything about the book except the main characters name. The guy comes from America and has a bunch of generic friend names you'd expect, except his is Ryun. Which you'd expect to sound like Rye-Ann (or Ryan) but the narrator pronounces it Re-yune.

it bugs me for half the book but eventually you get used to it.

Otherwise, good story but loses a star due to the naming thing

Not enjoyable

This is a story about the joys of being a poorly written sociopath. I did not enjoy.

Excellent book, really. A super fun cultivation epic with some really interesting character dynamics that I’ve never seen before, check it out, I bet you’ll be pleasantly surprised

Good story

I’ve loved all of Ivan Kal’s work so far. I love the battles and the skills. I feel like this one fell short however. Zachs character was annoying and weak. Ending was weak. No cliff hanger and the battle was too easy.

Awesome

Great fights, loads of climatic events. Bouncing from past to present was very well done
