Publisher's Summary

When I found an eviction notice taped on my apartment door, I had two options: find a comfortable cardboard box to call home, or move in with Tucker Jameson.

Seeing that cardboard makes me feel itchy, I chose the latter. Which shouldn't be that big of a deal since Tucker is one of my good friends. And because he's still pining after his ex-girlfriend and I'm trying to finish my nursing degree, there is nothing to worry about in the romance department, making my last semester an easy one to conquer.

Boy, was I wrong.

Rules are set, dinners are made, conversations are had, and a shirtless, swoony roommate walks around in nothing but a pair of black briefs, ruining me for every other man.

Before I know it, I turn into a panting, lust-filled woman begging for Tucker to kiss me, touch me, and show me exactly what is hiding under those briefs. But with great orgasms, comes great consequences.

Tucker might be my friend and roommate, but he's also my best friend's ex-boyfriend, making him completely off-limits. At least that's what my brain is telling me; my heart is speaking an entirely different language.

Contains mature themes.

So cute

The friendship they have and the banter between the characters are the best. This is such a fun read. Highly recommend.

A fun listen!

I really enjoyed this one. I loved that Emma and Tucker's relationship took some time to evolve and going from the friends to lovers didn't just happen right away. This was a big slow burn and I loved it.
I thought dialogue in this book was fantastic, especially with Tucker and his buddies. They had me giggling all throughout, and it was so easy to picture these conversations and interactions!

Tucker and Emma made a great couple and due to the nature of their friendship and their mutual friend Sadie who is Emma's BFF and Tucker's ex, everything was just a little bit more complicated but I loved how they took it slow and worked through it. Especially Tucker!

It was nice to see the guy being the slow one , really wanting to be in the right headspace, trying to work through his issues to make sure that he could give Emma 100% of himself, which she deserved.

I can't wait to read more in this series!

Good story

Story was cute and simple, I liked it, the voice the main male actor does for his friend racer is so weird, he sounds like some cartoon character, kept throwing me off

Sweet easy listen story with phenomenal voice acting

I listening to this as an audiobook book and it was so good. Mind you it’s your average HEA. But my goodness I ate it up! The voice actors were phenomenal I smile laughed and cried right along with them.

The MMC made you fall in love with him he’s a damaged soul who decided to take that and make himself a loving caring human to everyone is his life.

The FMC is so sweet and lovable and makes you want to her her bestie!

The author did a great job of building up the side characters and make you want to know more about their stories as well.

Highly recommend listing to this audio book for a light and fluffy feel good story

Great story, weird performance

I love the story overall. Friends to lovers is my absolute favorite trope and this one did it really well. Meghan Quinn is the queen of the slow burn haha.
I was actually really surprised that Logan wasn't after Emma. I thought for sure he was going to swoop in near the end there. I would have liked to see a bit of sadness from Sadie in a "you should have told me" kind of way. Not like she was mad about the relationship but that she was upset that her friend didn't trust her enough to tell her.
What I enjoyed the least though was the male narrator whenever he needed to voice Racer. He made the character sound like a white Steve Urkle. I am hoping it isnt like that through Racer's entire book since it's the same voice actor.

if your a conservative pick me ypu may like this book.

It was really hard to getting passed the male protagonist thinking cider was a girly drink and hating drinking it because of that. He also constantly called her innocent and referred to her small hands weirdly. The scene about the larger lady was embarrassing to read and the author has some definite fatbobic values.
