Publisher's Summary

Modern medicine and human health are at a critical crossroads, and the truth is that you and not your genes are in the driver's seat. You are the one who gets to make informed decisions on how you use and nourish the evolutionary miracle that is your body.

Combining analysis of cutting-edge scientific findings with our deepest ancestral wisdom and health-promoting practices, Sayer Ji, founder of GreenMedInfo, offers a time-tested program to help prevent and manage the most common health afflictions of our day-cancer, heart disease, neurodegenerative diseases, and metabolic syndrome.

Antiquated thinking and scientific dogma have long obstructed our understanding of our innate untapped potential for self-regeneration and radical healing. But the new biology explains why biological time is not a downward spiral and how chronic illness is not inevitable when you implement nature's resiliency tools.

In his thorough and thoughtful exploration of the new biology, Sayer Ji illuminates:

  • The fascinating new science of food as information
  • The truth about cancer and heart disease screening and what real prevention looks like
  • How to reverse the most common forms of degeneration using food-based approaches
  • How the body extracts energy from sources other than food, including water and melanin; and
  • How to make sense of conflicting dietary recommendations and out-of-date food philosophies

Encoded within every tissue of your body is your ability to regenerate. Unlock your radical resiliency through this road map for diet, exercise, stress reduction, and the cultivation of the environment in which you choose to live.

Worth listening to

I found Sayer's book very informative. It contained so much valuable information that I'm considering getting a hard copy of it.
Well worth listening to.

Worth considering.

I gained valuable ideas here, leading to a drastic diminishing of asthma symptoms, simply by ceasing the use of cow’s milk, (I now use goat’s milk instead); and ceasing to inhale lactose-containing steroids. Sayer Ji is right: There is deceit in prescriptions.
However, if a gong were sounded every time the word “evolution” was pronounced, it would be a very noisy reading. Excising this word would make the book more enjoyable, and no less informative.
Carry on with greenmedinfo, and Bravo! Mr. Ji.

Well..

Sayer Ji's book was well-written and insightful for these current times however the narration did not worked for me; it seemed like he was almost slurring or that he was either really high on something (sorry I tried my best) I will preferably read the book on Amazon etc

Thank you so much for creating this incredible bookThank you so much for creating this incredible book.
I have read many thousands of books within the arena of health and wellness. This new book is amazingly packed with
Not only the latest insights into total wellness and energetic and natural healing, but also it contains the wisdom far beyond the chronological age of the author.
I highly suggest regenerate is a book is a book to be returned to to be returned to over and over as a reference manual and inspiration so you can see how many possibilities await you in your journey towards total holistic health

Factually Informative!

Sayer Ji, author; founder and curator of www.GreenMedInfo.com; has written a useful guide to eating well and good health practices.  My only complaint, is his monotonous reading style.  Might I suggest purchasing the original book, instead of enduring this audible version?

Essential manual for Mind, Body & Spirit health

Having switched to a more naturopathic practice of health, wellness and medicine over the years, I've run into many different systems of study. This basically takes all those systems; Ayurvedic, Chinese medicine, Yoga/Meditation and many other incredibly fascinating documented revelations in today's Science about how the human genome (epigenetics) and microbiome work in order to dynamically generate good physical/mental and spiritual health.

Incredible facts like how mammals have been shown to be able to create cellular ATP energy through ingestion chlorophyll and exposure to sunlight really give credence to a lot of Ancient wisdom (especially in Egyptian cultures) where they had a special reverence and deep appreciation for our sun.

Sawyer uncovers many other great nuggets of information as well over the course of this book. I took his online course and was really impressed. I usually never take those cheesey online based courses from self proclaimed health gurus, but based on the little bit I heard through the preview videos I knew that this guy was incredibly legit.

Needs professional narration

Hard to know if the information on the book has much value. The author speaks mostly in a monotone and puts me to sleep.

There is the sense that this book is a promotion of his business. There are better resources. Am returning this book.

Difficult to stay Engaged

Excellent information, but too much to absorb in an audio book. The author uses complicated language and the narrator has too much monotone to remain focused for any length of time.

Awesome book about health!

I learned so much about health! From the history of the pharmaceutical industry and medicine to the science and benefits of organic foods and herbs. It definitely opened my eyes and helped me realize why people are so unhealthy in America.
