À propos de cet audio

A shrouded truth. A secret sustained. A lie protects it all.

Digby secured a fragile peace agreement between the empire and Las Vegas. While it’s been only two weeks since then, the city has thrived. A lot can change when no one is trying to smite you off the face of the earth. Unfortunately, more success just means more to lose, and with Henwick hell-bent on finishing what he started, Digby needs power. Enough to protect himself, his friends, and the all-too-fragile peace.

With spies watching his every move, he must uncover the history of the Nine and discover the origin of the Heretic Seed’s power. From there, a treacherous path unfolds before him. With the help of a reluctant vampire, he’ll need to pull off his most ridiculous plan yet; without starting a war in the process.

In a world where lies hold power, sometimes the truth is better left untouched.

The 14 hours of Audio flew by way too fast but I do wish this was a longer book because it basically one storyline with no real satisfying ending. This Book seems to be a more of a setup for much more interesting things to come in the next one. It's still a fun ride worthy of your Credit.

Some good Laughs but felt a little light

I enjoy a good holiday special, even a bit late in the year, but I was hoping for some real progress in the main story, other than "A Nightmare Post Apocalypse Xmas ." While a twisted tale of a jolly Krampus is a nice touch, a bit light in the plot progress, with the addition of an unnecessary antagonist without having done away with the first. Be careful that you're are not following in the faulty footsteps of studio execs with no talent for keeping the story tight and focused. Beware ides of the dreaded sequel.
