Was overall great but I feel that many sections could elaborate more. I personnnaly like situational examples and the like. Different trick for each aspect would be great as well considering that there is not a perfect solution that applies to all. Tks Ian for putting this together.

This book was filled with great tips on mastering self discipline but was too short. I would have loved if it had gone further into the details and science that it only touched briefly on. Very helpful tips, definitely worth the read!

Well done! I enjoyed the book from start to finish. This book is for anyone who is feeling that they are not living their best life. The content is simply explained and truly approachable without empty "you can do it" toxic positivity OR brutal intensity.

This book really made me rethink a lot of things I thought I knew about how to be more productive and actually stick to my goals. It helped put me on the right track and focus inward to work towards skills that I never put much thought into like meditation and mindfulness. What I got from this book really changed a lot of things in my life for the better and now I’m teaching others about the things I’ve learned so it can help them as well.

As I continue on my lifelong journey of closing the gap from my current self to my highest potential, I am always looking for material to help move me in this quest. Well this audio book has helped do just that. According to Ian, having the purpose in life to gain self mastery is the most enduring and satisfying form of personal power. Otherwise known as fulfillment. From my own experience I whole heartedly agree and am happy at least one other person agrees with me.
