Well, I'm off the sugar!

I listened to this book 3 times back to back - so much information and a reality check! I'm 55 so I'm from a generation that was fed a very sugar laden diet.

This book has changed my relationship with sugar and I am better for it already. Three weeks into reading this book and I am virtually sugar free and bulletproof coffee is my new best friend!

I highly recommend this book and good luck on your health journey :)

Awesome info

I’ve been doing my own personal research on this subject for years. This book verifies my personal observations about my health. Cutting out sugar has healed my liver ( transplant list and then liver cancer ) and at 59, I feel better than I have since I was a teenager. Read this book and change your life!

Change your life!!

Great book! This will change your life. Cut back or cut out sugar! We all know sugar is not good for you, but this will blow your mind about the damage it does! Live longer and happier by cutting out sugar and regaining your health!

What sugar does

I wish I would have had this book years ago. I am plant based now and I have been doing pretty good in limiting white sugar. Is this book has maybe more aware.

read read and read again

Do you want to be healthy then suck it up and do the right thing read this book until it sinks in , they are liars and thieves only you can do the hard work to be responsible for your health in thus book is the answer.

Finally got through to me

I knew I should quit eating sugar. What I didn't realize was that even though my A1C is normal, my glucose is prediabetes, and I am having symptoms that are already indicative of nerve damage, like my burning feet, and thankfully there is still time to reverse it. Good book if you are a sugar addict and need motivation.

Mixed feelings

I love the beginning where you learn about what sugar does. I actually quit refined sugars and process carbs but I don't like that he's promoting Keto. It's proven to be dangerous. A whole Foods Plant based diet is definitely better!

Don't waste your credit.

A large amount of technical medical data about biological processes in the body and the result of inflammation, then nothing more than the same old rehashed information about diet and exercise. There is nothing new or even mildly ground breaking. Talks extensively about diabetes and diseases related to the lower limbs.
