Chris is one of the guys that I look to as one of the biggest names that effectively helped grow the art of using a real live-fire grill in the restaurant and commercial setting…there weren’t a lot of people doing it like that back then…in fact, Chris helped inspire many of the New England BBQ cooks to include Chris Hart from I-Que and my long-time man crush Andy Husbands…and, if being a successful restaurateur was enough…he also write many books on the subject, that to this day, are still widely considered to be thee reference material that helped move the industry forward…titles like “Thrill of the Grill” and “License To Grill” are still books people mention to this day as ones they use to help them become better live-fire cooks…so if you aren;t familiar with Chris…this is a great way to get introduced to a legend!
