give it a chance

I read the Night Angel trilogy by Brent Weeks and loved those books. For some reason though I was reluctant to give this series a try, I suppose I was afraid that it wouldn't be as good and the concepts seemed silly. I'm so glad I decided to try it, I loved this saga through and through. the graphic audio made it even better, a perfect way to get lost in this colorful world. even now at the end of the story, I want to start the next book, sadly there is no next book. as note for graphic audio, I wish that the cast had stayed the same throughout all the books, but a fantastic performance all around. thank you.

Changed voices

It’s a wonderful story but the voices change for key roles in the 5th book. It’s unsettling if you listen to the first 4 books.

some characters voices change

for some reason, part 4 changes the narrator and some characters. It shatters the immersion
