I became interested with endocannabinoids because of their responsibility in creating the "runner's high" with which all long-distance and endurance athletes are quite familiar.

When I went to review this system out of fascination with its potency just from running for a long time, I found much more positive information about this system in all of our bodies that no one talks about.
