I think this is Not a book for real Estate Agent. It is the marketing tool for sales of Author’s online Coaching. As I Heard like 1000 times his website and sign up for coaching. I believe I can find same or better information from YouTube for free

Ok book...
It's an ok book that covers a lot of basic things. If you have been in real estate for more than a year, you only really gain insight from the last 10 points. It's a great book for anyone new to real estate.
