Highly nutritious, no bad fat...

This is a great book. If you need help getting started in writing anything (and I mean any little thing) this book is the place to start. If this book were a meal, it would be highly nutritious with good cholesterol. The author makes it personal without cueing violins, and I really appreciate that. Job well done.

Er...

Wow. I just started this and the opening seems to be a classic sales pitch strategy: create a problem and then sell the solution. If the opening 5 minutes of this text doean't make you feel like total garbage, then you are a strong and independent mind and you don't need this book. On the other hand, if words DO influence you, then the start of this book is immensely depressing. So far, I would recommend skipping the first audio chapter.
