Honnest evaluation
Before listening to the book, I took a look at this comment section, I wasnt sure if it was a good book.
After it, what I can tell is :
Narration is close to perfect, the intensity is right on spot, it help me doesnt get distract.
There is a bit of repetition but not that much.
The content of the book is really great. I knew Him a little before this book and I wanted to know more, know more about the point of view of the science, and I've been serve.

Great info
I enjoyed the book very much. It all seems to make pretty decent sense. I was going good for me until I got to the end and found out it’s not for me. Not for me because my blood pressure is elevated and my doctors give me meds. Although I will implement parts but until I can get my weight down and blood pressure down. Thanks just the same!

Changed my life
I have been doing Wim Hofs method for years sync his read the book. I feel even more inspired after listening to this book. I really did not like the cold shower, I started at 20 second and now I'm at 5 mins after 2 years. thanks so much for saving my life WIM, I'm so grateful for your giving.

book is great, narrator could be better
I found it really intense and not at all a chill relaxing vibe that I get from wim. I understand no one is Wim, but the narrator could tone it down a bit, slow down the pace of his reading, especially when rhyming off the instructions. I felt stressed or anxious while listening. I will read it in its paper form perhaps. to experience it at my own pace.
