  • Unlocking Your Entrepreneurial Freedom with Rob Dube
    May 6 2024

For more than 30 years, Rob Dube has been thriving as a purpose-driven entrepreneur and thought leader.

His longtime business partner is Gino Wickman, founder of EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System.

Rob and Gino’s new book, “Shine,” lays out a plan they say can radically transform who you are in the workplace. How? By following ten disciplines that maximize your energy, impact, and—wait for it—inner peace.

That’s right. These guys genuinely believe that you can be very driven and as equally at peace as an entrepreneur.

They also believe that winning the game of work isn’t about grinding hard and burning out. Quite the opposite: it’s about self-discovery, self-awareness, and leading with genuine care (which happens to be the name of Rob’s podcast).

  • The Power of Kolbe to Make Work Better with Amy Bruske
    Apr 29 2024

Have you ever heard of the Kolbe Index? It’s a unique assessment that measures how people naturally take action to solve problems and achieve goals.

Companies and organizations use the Kolbe to hire and build teams and to understand people in the workplace better.

The assessment was developed by and is named after creator Kathy Kolbe, who comes from a famous family in the assessment world.

Her father, E.F. Wonderlic, developed an intelligence test in the 1930s that’s been used for decades by the military and even the NFL.

Today, the Kolbe Corporation is owned and operated by Kathy Kolbe’s son, David, and step-daughter Amy Bruske. It’s clear the Kolbe is here to stay, and there’s even a version for kids.

Amy says the mission at Kolbe is to make sure people can use their strengths to find joy because when that happens, work doesn’t feel like work.
