  • 125 The Red Carpet
    Jan 29 2024

Everything always works out. The Universe is always laying out the red carpet for us. Always.  Operating out of fear, you will never receive the proper solutions. Staying in the right frequency. Do the 'rules' really apply?
Making the agreement with God: I devote my life to saturating in my relationship with God; being a good person. He takes care of the rest. "Everything always works out for me". The creator mechanism is off. Everything should be easy? In the seasons of pain we are still okay.  The 'bounce back' is always there. Rooted in the power of the universe. Creation. Maintenance. Destruction. Nature only ever supports evolution of spirit. Growing and developing constantly. Shedding off old layers of ourself. Chaos is love. Love is chaos. Chaos is good natured. The world needs the resurrected you. Letting go of preferences. Accepting reality.

  • 123 Love Actually
    Dec 20 2023

Living life bent on satisfying our self-importance vs living life concerned with how I can give. They hold the flashlight over your shoulder. The Ego's number 1 job. Collapse. Get you alone. Bury you. No one did it to you but you. Euphoria is the number one goal. It fixed everything. Trying to snuff out the overly sensitive version and the result. The world didn't sign off on the sensitive. Ending up alone with no one to show off to. Letting the true you emerge and have room to play. The war is over. New relationships. Stepping back into the family holidays as a new person. Am I expecting the family to be different because I am trying to live a spiritual way off life? What am I bringing to the holidays? Absolute vulnerability. The practicality of God. Love Actually. Should they be any different than the way they have always been? If I expect them to be different this holiday then who is the asshole? A Mother's love.

The power of the Heart Voice. Deciding for yourself on what to believe in. Playing the small self vs the expansive self. Listening to the heart voice is a calling. Taking responsibility for your life is spiritual maturity. Feedback on the lesson of Life. You can't get out of the class. The only way out is to embody the lesson. The imposter syndrome and leaning into discomfort. Discomfort is a telltale sign that you're moving in the direction of your purpose. Inner guidance is leading you via curiosity along your path. We all have a vision for ourselves. The freedom of having no choice. The necessity of meditation and how to practice it.

  • 121 Past Versions
    Jul 24 2023

In this episode we respond to a question sent in from a viewer via TikTok: "What do you do to get emotional and mental relief when going through a trauma when alcohol and drugs are no longer an option?" @Forsuresam

Loving on past versions of ourselves. Trying to get relief is the issue. Feel the feelings and pay no attention to the thoughts surrounding them. Addiction is all trauma. Radical relief in an instant. Internal race to find escape. Not being comfortable in your own skin. The problem is that we run from emotional discomfort. Relief comes from facing the things I want to run from. the Ego will always want some type of relief that doesn't include it being faced. Pacification relief or true relief. The forever chase. Process oriented growth. Forever bondage. Needing others to meet your needs. Growing up without a father. No faith and no foundation. The internal mechanisms that drive us. Looking for a painting. Creating self-approval. Letting uncertainty become okay. Loving on our past self. How would I have wanted someone to guide me when I was that past version?

  • 120 Drama
    Jul 17 2023

In this episode we respond to a question sent into us via TikTok: "How do you become one and be able to move with a baseline of 'okayness' surrounded by drama".

Participate in the drama of life. We celebrate Paul's 1 year sobriety and he gives us a few words on it. Saying "yes" to everything. Moving from a constant state of disturbance into a state of peace. Keep moving forward. Trying to control the day. The danger of reacting compulsively to discomfort.  "I'm not okay and it's not okay". Moving through the drama with levity. Accepting the things that come to you. What we want out of life is peace of mind. God is Life. Life was always unsafe. You have to let go. The audience is booing. We are a part of the play. Finding God in the action of life. Information vs Awareness. Fool's paradise. Hits ya in the Soul. Paul's lip pillow.
