  • Reclaiming Our Creativity: Where to Start
    May 30 2024

This week Steph & Allison discuss ways they can accelerate reclaiming their creativity - from just starting, to fidgeting, to ...doing nothing (?), they get into all the ways research has shown we can tap into ourselves for creative fulfillment. Before they get into that, Allison shares how excited she was to be pooped on and Steph talks about her journey with needles. A check-in from last week reveals Steph is meditating regularly with the help of her skincare and Allison is absolutely thriving in her goals. They touch on how anxiety often times creates a fear that stops you from going after what you want, breaking free of the fear of other people's opinions, and letting go of the idea of perfection in your pursuits. At the end of the episode Allison practices loving self-awareness and Steph manifests one day wearing The Row.

  • Becoming Creatures of Habits We Can Stick To
    May 23 2024

Steph & Allison get into the topic of habits, namely good ones, and what we can do stick to them. Touching on their own struggles of falling off of habits they know are good for them, they start to dissect why that might be, and how to correct course for the long-haul. But first, Steph highlights her love of a sweat-sack and something she is really loathing, while Allison gushes over the spring awakening and opens up about her meal-plan decision fatigue. The gals then do a check-in from last week's revelations before diving in to today's topic. At the end of the episode Steph attempts to give financial advice (lol) and we are left wondering if she will ever plan her Euro trip.
