As I've traveled along my own path, I've learned just how damaging it can be to hide secrets. That's why I'm all about speaking up and sharing things that truly matter.

From my 15-year battle with an eating disorder and the profound loss of my mother to becoming a caretaker for my father, each experience has shaped who I am today and fueled my relentless pursuit of self-discovery.
