    Rob DiToma comes to USF as the fifth head coach in program history after spending the previous three seasons at Farleigh Dickinson University, where he was head coach of the Knights since June 2019. In 2022, DiToma led the Knights to their best record since 2016. Overall, the team finished 16-11 in conference play and fourth in the Northeast Conference standings. Notably, four student-athletes earned All-NEC Honors in 2022: Hunter D'Amato (First Team), George Rosales (First Team), Tom Ruscitti and Joey Kosowsky (Second Team).

Arguably, he’s the personification of industry and has inspired countless men and women to become sports agents. He is a member of the California Sports Hall of Fame and has represented such athletic luminaries as Bruce White, Troy Aikman, Steve Young, Dusty Baker, Eric Karros, my favorite Lennox Lewis, and currently, a little known, underskilled slouch of a QB named Patrick Mahomes - you may have heard of him. 

    Leigh Steinberg is an icon, a visionary, and a phoenix. He has bounced back from serious personal adversity and has demonstrated that he has the heart of a champion - just like those he represents.
