  • Are you an addict?
    Mar 18 2021

In the very first episode you are introduced to a horrible poly-addict that has found a path to recovery. That is me, your host Edward James.  As my sober time has increased, I've realized that I wish to connect to every single addict that I can, as well as their loved ones. I'm not afraid to discuss my past shames in detail in order to help others realize that they are not alone in this disease.

This episode is straight to the point and attempts to answer a crucial question that millions of Americans ask every year. "Am I an addict?"

It is not an attempt to place blame, shame, or to defame anyone in the game. It is my best effort at reaching out to you, my fellow addicts, in an attempt to give you a place to go every week to listen to someone who thinks and acts just as you do.

The only difference between me and an addict on the street is a tiny, thin line which I call recovery. It could end any day if I misstep or hang out with the wrong people.

I had over twenty years of advanced technology experience...specializing in data storage, security, and analytics/Big Data...before losing everything except my life and my wife to the disease of addiction.

That is why I believe I can help others navigate getting help, learn how to master your destiny as an addict, and how to salvage relationships that are worth saving.

Just as I mastered my previous career, I now spend endless hours researching addiction philosophies, rehab differentiators, medical field breakthroughs, and everything else related to ALL forms of addiction and recovery.
