The Baby Dragon

When Saphira opened up her café for baby dragons and their humans, she wasn’t expecting it to be so difficult to keep the fires burning. Daniel is a local gardener, and local heartthrob, more interested in his plants than actually spending time with his disobedient baby dragon. When Daniel walks into Saphira’s café, she has a genius idea – she’ll train Daniel’s baby dragon, if he can pay her to help keep the café afloat.

Lavinia is in love with her best friend. She knows she is, her family and friends know she is, even the dragons she works with at the Baby Dragon Cafe know she’s in love with Theo. The only person who doesn’t seem to know is Theo. Lavinia’s plan to distract herself from her feelings by dating her coworker should be perfect. She and Theo can carry on with their lives, hanging out in the local Bakery, babysitting her little brother’s baby dragon, and being the best of friends.

Emmy has an enemy, and his name is Luke. Besides, Emmy is too busy focusing on her dragon-fueled business to have time for love. When both she and Luke approach the same local investor for funding, she's suddenly unable to avoid him. The kooky investor insists they must compete for the cash by working at the local failing baby dragon bookshop to prove their magical business knowledge.
