Joe Arden and Corvin King were amazing as narrators. The story is fantastic and I will definitely be listening to this one again!

wow I was hooked from the beginning to the end. I was not prepared for each twist and turn!!! read the triggers beforehand. can't wait for the 2nd book! the ending had my jaw drop! I was on the edge with each chapter! so so good. Joe and Corvin bring the characters to life.

I went into this book knowing how dark and depraved it was gonna be and that there is no HEA however I was not prepared for the way Joe Arden and Corvin King performed this book. The absolute raw emotion had me pausing the book to decompress. They both did such a phenomenal job that I finished the first volume and immediately started the second. It is super dark and grotesque in spots the authors warning at the beginning of the book was not joking. I have no triggers ans had to breathe through some spots in this story!
