Sabrina Winters

I've turned into a shell of myself after something happened to me, something I can't face.

But when my father owes the Most Dangerous Man in New York, he only has one bargaining chip—Me.

I can feel the safe haven I've built crashing down around me as I stand face to face with the leader of the criminal underground—my future husband. Now I must navigate this unwanted marriage of convenience while never revealing the truth about myself or my past. Will all my efforts to rebuild myself be eradicated, or could there be more to him than I ever dreamed possible or will my past come back to haunt me and tear us apart?

Read Speak and Stutter first! Then Scream and Always. What a great series! Narration was amazing! Story line was superb and what a cliff hanger at the end!!

So good!

Christ on a cracker. If you thought Speak and Stutter were god-tier audiobooks, prepare your sanity because Scream will wreck you—in the filthiest, most delicious way possible.
Ruby M. Darling said “let’s emotionally destroy them, but make it sexy,” and she delivered. We’ve got:
💍 An arranged marriage to the freaking mafia boss, Maxim.
🖤 A bodyguard named Parker who’s been silently pining for years.
💔 Sabrina, carrying a mountain of trauma and still managing to set everyone on fire.

The tension, the longing, the unholy spice. I was unwell. Like, feral, drooling, screaming-into-a-pillow levels of unwell.

And the way there’s zero toxic alpha-male nonsense—just two men realizing they both want her and deciding to share? Perfection.

Joe Arden and Amy Hall? Chef’s kiss. They didn’t just narrate; they embodied the chaos, the lust, the heartbreak. I could feel the sexual tension.

The only downside? That damn cliffhanger... Ruby, please. I need it. Now. 🫠

OH MY GAWDDDDD 🥵

Ruby Darling killed it, the writing, the spice, the banter… so good. Joe Arden and Amy Hall were fantastic!

Excellent!

I don't want to give too much away, but we know where it's going... why leave us on that particular cliff? I felt like the obvious happened quickly and then the story ran flat, and right before it picked up, it ended.
The first two were more steady paced and not as predictable, had more action.. I can't say there was anything memorable about this one. But I do look forward to the next book.. I'm really hoping it'll be more than what we already know is going to happen. 🤞🏼
But can I just say.. Joe Arden NEVER ceases to impress me. He's definitely my fave.

I loved it but.. what was the point?

Another fabulous story by Ruby darling and with fantastic narrators bringing it to life! I adore this series. So to hear it on audio is almost like i am reading it again for the first time.
