This information is life changing. I recommend listening to the Obesity Code first. Dr Jason Fung with the clinical research at his clinic in Toronto Canada makes his books and videos very credible. I cannot recommend this strongly enough. I applied these truths (along with cellular Nrf2 pathway activation) and released 60 lbs. Just or maybe more importantly I know how to keep it off. I will never be heavy again and can enjoy life to its fullest. I believe with this knowledge we can break the cycle of obesity and at the same time reduce dependence on the pharmaceutical drug culture so prevalent today. 👍✔️

This is a life changing book. it represents a Paradigm shift in the way I think about food and health and role of medication. it has shifted me completely out of pre diabetes onto a road to healthy living.

I do think the preview narration seemed a little off putting to me, Jimmy Moore the narrator and co author seemed a little stilted in the preview audio but he's completely fine during the rest of the audio book. in case anyone thought as I did about the preview audio.

There is so much we don’t understand about fasting. We have always been told it is bad, dangerous, impossible to incorporate into our daily lives...well, this book will demystify it all! It is an amazing read! You won’t regret it and your life, your health will be better for it.
