Invest in real estate and never run out of money - using the hottest strategy in the real estate world!

For years, investors have built wealth through real estate the hard way: saving money slowly and sacrificing their current happiness for a future reward. While this method should produce results in the long run, what if there's a better, more efficient way? What if you can build a real estate empire in years instead of decades?

Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat is the first book about the incredible strategy that's sweeping the nation. BRRRR real estate investing has long been a hidden secret of those with decades of experience, but this audiobook will tear down the barriers, reveal the truth, and make financial freedom more attainable than ever. Author and investor David Greene shares the exact systems and processes used to scale his business from buying two houses per year to buying two houses per month using BRRRR. This audiobook will teach you an easy-to-follow plan that will grow your wealth quickly without letting a lack of cash get in the way of pulling it all off!

You'll discover:

  • A solid plan for getting started, even with limited capital
  • How to identify target properties locally and all over the country
  • Negotiating strategies for making offers that get accepted
  • How to recover 100 percent (or more) of your money in a deal
  • Unique ways to increase a property's value (and your own net worth)
  • The key to identifying emerging markets destined for huge growth
  • How to recruit top talent to work on your deals (so they build wealth for you!)
  • ... And so much more!

The BRRRR strategy has changed countless lives, and this audiobook details the exact steps needed for it to change yours. It's time to BRRRR your way to financial independence and grow your wealth.

Not totally for Canadians

Some principals are applicable but unfortunately as an investor myself already, the numbers that the book illustrates, specifically to property prices, in my opinion, simple won't work in the greater Toronto area. Also, I find the narrator's pitch a bit annoying.

disappointed

Unfortunately I was very disappointed, I expected more from David being an amazing co-host of the podcast. Unfortunately there is a lot of repetition in this book that could probably be less than half the length, and most of the content was more geared towards beginners rather than seasoned investors. This book definitely has value but if you are not a beginner I would not waste your time on this book.

Great Read!

I definitely recommend this book to anyone who wishes to get in to real estate investing. However, I would recommend buying the physical book rather than the audiobook because the narrator completely skips over some valuable illustrations and examples.

Not bad, brings insights

I originally got this book in the hopes it would give me details on how to do what the title says. It ended up being more of a motivation book, with some advice about the BRRRR process and how it can benefit you.
This is not for you if you want a book that gives very explicit instructions on how one might buy, rehab, rent, and/or refinance a home.
The reader did a great job with it, and it does give some good general advice and motivation that can be applied to BRRRR or any other business practice.

Great Informational Book! Almost 5 Stars, but...

This book was great for someone just getting into BRRRR investing and wanting tangible information to take action with, especially some of the insider knowledge you wouldn't know unless you were in the industry.
.
Sadly the ONLY reason it is not 5 stars is because it was NOT narrated by David Greene...the person who read it was pretty robotic sounding and I prefer to hear the passion and intention from the author's voice with audio books.

Excellent book!

This book is basically a step by step tutorial on how to get into property investment and smash it out of the park, while avoiding the common pitfalls. The tips are legit awesome, and I would say this book is so thorough it leaves no stone un-turned.

The best book on home real estate investing

Very well written with continuous examples throughout. This should be your first book if your looking to invest in real estate. I have read several other books on the subject and this one is the best.

Most useful after your first couple properties.

It was a good read but not very useful for your first couple of investments. I am an engineer and real estate investor closing my second property this week and while the information is good to introduce yourself to for higher ROI later on, the concepts and necessary work to use the system would be difficult to execute for a newbie. But again, it reads well and is positive in tone. I will definitely be trying it on my next purchase.

BRRRR to your next property

I currently own 4 properties, all out of state from where I live. After purchasing the 3rd property, I realized if I was going to scale my portfolio, I needed a better way of purchasing my properties. I had heard about the BRRRR method many times on the Biggerpocket podcast but never in enough detail. This book goes into great detail on how to approach each step of the process. I purchased my 1st BRRRR deal recently using personal and private money. I felt confident in the buying and renting portion but was worried about the rehab and Refinance section. Luckily, the book does a great job explaining what rehabs to do not just to increase rents but also increase your property value for the refinance. I have to wait 6 months of seasoning before I can refinance, but I was able meet with a few lenders on completing this final stage. I am still nervous for what the final refi will look like but I am happy to say that the two units are rented out and cash flowing well. I will try to update this post after my refinance.
