Love this Series!!
I have read this series and love it so much that I decided I was going to listen to it as well! The characters and the story in each book just reel you in. Narrator is meh.

The narrator really brings the story to like in her reading. I have just fallen in love with everyone

Fun story, mediocre narrator.
I'm enjoying this series. Whispering Pines is a fun village to go to inside my head. I also appreciate the Wiccan references which I find interesting. Nothing too complex, just a fun light hearted murder mystery.
The narrator has a pleasant speaking voice when she's voicing the main character and the narration, but the other characters' voices I find are not much of a change from her regular speaking voice. In this story, there were a few characters who had either an Italian or a Spanish accent. Could have fooled me! They both sounded like a bad attempt at a Transylvanian accent to me. The narrator also has a very odd cadence to her speaking voice, where she seems to emphasize every third syllable or so with no particular reason. It's not irritating but I do find it rather odd.
I do look forward to the next book in this series so that I can escape from this pandemic-ridden world for a few hours.

Love this series!
These books are fantastic. Easy to listen to and the plot always has me intrigued. Amazing inclusions about Wicca. Definitely will be a repeat listen.
