Why a man narrates this... I will never understand
Okay so. This book is filled with lots of great information, especially for first time parents. I learned so much about pregnancy and birthing and it was fantastic for the actual information and story. HOWEVER! It was sooo difficult to listen to. I don't want to be an insensitive sexist but... it is super weird to hear about a man talking about "his" experience with pregnancy and birthing. It was really hard to get past him talking about his body and how it was undergoing changes like stretch marks, etc. The other thing is that this guy shouldn't be a narrator. He really sounds like he is struggling to read the words and makes weird awkward pauses and sounds very robotic when he speaks. That being said, I still really enjoyed this book, but why he was the narrator, I just do not understand. It certainly made the book hard to listen to.

A man should not be the voice to a pregnancy book
Having a man narrate a pregnancy and child birth book seems so obviously wrong, I found it hard to relate and frankly bothered that a women wasn’t narrating. Aside from that miss I found some points in this book helpful and informative however mostly I felt the author was telling a dated perspective of pregnancy and birth.

Chapter listening wrong?
While listening it states chapter 2 but I pressed chapter 22…not sure what went wrong but it made it confusing pausing and coming back to the audible book.
