You want to lose weight. l have good news and I have bad news.

The bad news is there are no shortcuts. The good news is you don’t have to follow a ridiculous diet or do crazy fitness routines. .

At one point in my late 30s I weighed 280 pounds, I had smoked for decades, and hadn’t exercised in about as long. Fast forward to my late 40s and I had lost 100 pounds and ran my first marathon.

The key ingredient is patience and making a series of small changes you can sustain for life

Once I figured out how to get on track I stayed there and have been healthier and happier ever since.

I’m going to show you how I did it because it’s a path anyone can adapt to their situation and reach their goals.

Here are the three things you need to know to make this happen

    • First I’m going to share the best place to start.

    • Next I’m going to let you know when and how to adapt what you’re doing over time.

    • Finally I”ll give you advice on how to keep the habit going for life.
