  • The Science of Luck
    Jul 24 2025

Recently, it seems luck has become the go-to explanation for both success and failure. I hear it again and again - in coaching sessions and casual coffee chats.

When it comes to success, luck is a convenient explanation. The success of others? They got lucky. Your own success? If you want to appear humble, you just point to luck again. It’s the polite thing to do.

And when things don’t go your way? You didn’t get the [deal / job / promotion]? How easy to blame bad luck.

The flipside is this: some of the most successful people I know insist on making their own luck. And there’s good scientific backing for that stance.

  • What Does It Mean to Become Undeniable?
    Jul 5 2025

Every senior executive - no matter how talented, no matter how experienced - encounters moments when progress stalls.

Generally, not for lack of ambition or skill, but due to forces outside your control: unfavorable market/economic conditions, organizational dynamics, a personal rivalry, or simply the absence of luck. A missed opportunity. A door that doesn’t open. A room you don’t enter.

Becoming Undeniable is simply the profound refusal to settle for mediocre, stuck, or anything less than thriving mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

It is relentless, unwavering forward motion, paired with deep inner calm and centeredness. It’s being creative, not reactive. It’s a philosophy that embraces flexibility and adaptation over rigidity. Intentional, strategic action over opportunistic political manoeuvring.

At its core, this is really about becoming so clear, so aligned, so inevitable…that you will find a way to advance - no matter what.
