    Along with his brother Brett, he co-founded Brother2Brother, to help empower men and women to reclaim their health in the face of a declining food system and an overreliance on Big Pharma.

    A husband, father of four, and 10x Ironman athlete, Chris brings both professional expertise and lived experience to his mission. His journey from the clinic to coaching is driven by a passion to equip others with the tools to lead their families and communities.

    Through Brother2Brother, Chris shares practical strategies that cut through mainstream narratives helping others build sustainable habits, challenge the status quo, and take ownership of their future.
