    How I started it, poorly, but it was a start.

    What I went through with COVID and how that changed everything about how I ate and then what I slowly learned over time.

    It's amazing what you can do with an internet connection and the desire to do, or eat better.

    We have a ton of options out there and I still have only touched on what can be done with a bit of effort.
