    Have you ever felt like the habits, the weight loss and the life you want is pulling you in one direction but the reality of your life is pulling you away from it all? In this episode, I talk about putting yourself on the list - an absolute requirement in order to create the change that you want to create - but I talk about it from a realistic perspective. A perspective that acknowledges that your life is busy, that you don't have a lot of time, that everyone needs you for all of the things.

    But the thing I know to be true is that there is a place for you on the list. And I want to help you find it.

    Because the only way to create the habits you want to create and to lose the weight you want to lose is to find yourself on the list. And the way to create habits that LAST and to lose weight for GOOD is to do it in a way that works WITH your life - no matter how busy or demanding it is. But I also know that the only way you will put yourself on the list is if it feels possible. It's gotta be simple. It's gotta be doable - so that's what I'm serving up in this episode.

    I recently watched my son and his hockey team fight to come back in a game they were trailing 2-5. When they celebrated his teammate scoring a goal, bringing them to 3-5, I was shocked to hear a man cheering for the other team tell my son's team to stop celebrating. When I questioned his comment he said they "shouldn't celebrate when they are behind."

    I couldn't disagree more. I think this is the most important time to celebrate. It's where we find energy to keep going. It's where we create motivation and momentum and more importantly, it's where we build belief in ourselves and what is possible - on the ice and in weight loss.
