Don’t become a victim of being the victim. Giving energy to complaining, making excuses and trying to control the actions of others. Death, takes an emotional toll on us all. Life is our only experience with time. But we have to improve our emotional toughness. By learning to grieve, forgive, pursue self-mastery and resist the urge to direct the actions of others
