    As busy moms, our time is precious. Yet we’re letting it slip away with every swipe, tap, and comment. On average, moms spend 2.5 hours a day scrolling social media.

    So when I hear moms say, “I just don’t have enough time to work out,” or “I don’t have time to cook,” or “I can’t log my calories,” I pause and ask — “How much are you scrolling each day?”

    Most of them fall right into that average. Be honest — is that you too?
