    Welcome, Monkeyminders!

    This episode is a bit of a masterpiece.

    We’re inviting you into a softly surreal, deeply calming, totally dreamy inner art exhibition—where each meditation is inspired by a famous painter. This one’s for your imagination as much as your breath.

    🎨 First stop:

    “Clouds and Quiet” – a gentle countryside wander through the rolling skies and golden fields of John Constable’s England.

    Imagine a landscape so calm, the clouds move in time with your breath. The wind is soft, the light is golden, and everything around you is gently exhaling. A meditation to ground you like roots in the soil.

    🌌 Next:

    “Inside the Starry Night” – drift beneath the swirling sky of Vincent Van Gogh.

    You’ll step inside his brushstrokes—alive with movement, colour and emotion—and let your thoughts dissolve into stars. This one is all feeling. All breath. All beauty. Like floating through paint made of memory and moonlight.

    🌀 And finally:

    “Time Dreaming” – a slow and surreal descent into the bendy world of Salvador Dalí.

    Clocks melt. Time folds. Reality shifts. But your breath? It stays steady. This dreamlike meditation is perfect for shaking loose a noisy mind and settling into something spacious, strange, and beautifully still.

  • Fluff, Crumbs and Frosting

    Welcome, Monkeyminders!

    In this episode, Jomo brings you three slightly sillier (but still soothing) meditations to help you unwind with a smile.

    🦙 We begin with a mindfulness meditation called The Llama who was just very present. High up on a mountain pass, this fluffy, unbothered llama teaches us how to breathe, pause, and just be. A literal no-drama-llama.


    🥪 Then we share a curious little Zen tale called The Monk who lost his sandwich. It’s probably deeper than you think...well the crust is anyway. And who could imagine that a life story could come from a lovely tasty sarny? Not us!


    🎂 And finally, our sleepy story takes us into The Land of Cake , a gentle, dreamy place where everything is soft, sugary, and calm. Expect frosting, peace, and maybe a biscuit bridge or two. Deeelish!

  • The Lighthouse and the Lanterns

    Welcome, Monkeyminders!

    In this episode, Jomo brings you three more delightful meditations to help you feel calm, kind, and cosy.

    🕯️ We start with a mindfulness meditation called The Lighthouse of Your Mind, where we visit the calm and constant light inside us, no matter the waves and weather of life.

    🎈 Then we gently float into Lanterns of Love, a sleepy visualisation where we send glowing lanterns filled with kindness into the night sky. A perfect wind-down for your heart and mind.

    💗 And finally, as always, we end with our Loving-Kindness Meditation—a warm and fuzzy favourite to help us send love out to ourselves and others.
