  • Card 15: The Devil
    Sep 7 2025

    Send us a text

The Devil card in tarot is often feared and misunderstood, but it actually represents an invitation to find freedom and break the chains that no longer serve us. In this episode, we will explore how the the Devil card from the third line in the Major Arcana (the Evolution Line) calls us to look beneath surface appearances to find our authentic truth. We will see how to engage with this great liberator with autonomy and honesty, not fear and dogma.

Main themes discussed in the episode:

    • The Devil as the first card in the "evolution line" of the Major Arcana
    • Finding your autonomous center between internal truth and external experiences
    • Looking into the underbelly to see causes rather than consequences
    • Breaking chains that others, society, or ourselves have placed upon us

    • Symbolic elements: chains, masks, locks and keys, connections to the zodiac sign of Capricorn, the Hebrew letter, and the Greek God Pan
    • Harnessing free will to create your path and honor your evolution

    Thanks for listening!

  • Queens of the Tarot: Sex and the City Edition
    Aug 19 2025

    Send us a text

The best way to learn the tarot is to see where the cards come forward in pop culture references. In this episode, we explore how the four protagonists of Sex and the City embody the four queens of the tarot deck, and how this can help us intuitively learn how to read the Court Cards

    Our Queens/Protagonists:

Samantha Jones as the Queen of Pentacles – her bold approach to life and confidence, work ethic, authenticity, and living her truth unapologetically demonstrates her practical manifestation in action

Miranda Hobbs as the Queen of Swords – her analytical mind, pragmatic approach, cynicism, wit, need for control, and pragmatism reflect the intellectual clarity of the Queen of Swords

Charlotte York as the Queen of Cups – her eternal optimism, romantic nature, traditional beliefs, softness, and emotional depth showcase the true nurturing nature of the Cups. All love is worth fighting for

Carrie Bradshaw as the Queen of Wands – her risk-taking fashion, passion for life, her fiery refusal to settle for less than what she wants, and her creation of a life that is on her terms show the transformative quality of our fiery Queen.

    • The shadow aspects of each queen provide deeper insights into character flaws and growth opportunities

    • Court cards in tarot invite us to embody their energies and apply their wisdom to our own lives

Do you agree with my choices? How would you crown these Queens of Manhattan with the tarot?

  • Card 14: Temperance
    Aug 6 2025

    Send us a text

We explore Temperance as a profound threshold card representing spiritual alchemy after experiencing Death, examining how it guides us to let our spirit be an anchor as we hinge between loss and renewal. The card reveals how we merge past and present with awareness, magic, and nourishment to transform into something greater.

Temperance comes after Death, requiring us to recognize our rawness while continuing forward
    • The card isn't simply about balance—it's about alchemizing our spirit after difficult experiences, and how we've been changed and deepened by those experiences
    • Our greatest growth often comes after periods of greatest challenge

  • Review: Oracle of the Dragonfae
    Jul 21 2025

    Send us a text

This review goes into the first oracle deck I ever purchased, the Oracle of the Dragonfae. Depicting different mythical and magickal beings across cultures and mythologies, this deck has 43 beautifully illustrated cards with messages of wisdom, healing, and protection. If you like dragons, the fae, and goddesses, this oracle deck may be great for you.

In this episode, I share what I love and hate about this deck, including ways to work with this deck to help build and foster intuitive connections, especially with a hard-to-read guidebook.

  • Card 13: Death
    Jul 7 2025

    Send us a text

We explore the transformative energy of the Death card, the thirteenth card in the Major Arcana of the tarot that represents necessary endings and the space they create for new beginnings. The Death card marks the culmination of the "destruction line" in tarot. The work of destruction is done here with the Death card. It teaches us that loss makes way for renewal when we dare to let go.

    Main themes discussed:

    • The numerology of Death and how it connects to transformation, originality, and innovation
    • Death teaches that loss makes way for spiritual renewal
    • Sacrifice means that our spirit can begin again, cleansed, interconnected, and invigorated
    • Entering into our evolution is to let go of what is holding us back- find your courage to soar to new heights
    • The courage to surrender to what we cannot control creates space for evolution
•Symbolism across different depictions of Death and the poem from my book Major Arcana: A Poetry Collection

  • Whispers of the Wild: Connecting Through Meditation
    Jun 27 2025

    Send us a text

In this episode, Whispers of the Wild: Connecting Through Meditation, we explore the profound practice of meditation as a gateway to reconnecting with your innate wild spirit and sharpening your intuition.

This meditation was first offered through Patreon, as the Alphas in the Wolf Pack used this meditative journey as a guide to connect to needed divination tools, or the voice within. Because of how loved it was, I am bringing to you.

This quick meditation provides the permission to connect to the voice within, claim space of deeper knowing, and untame the self by walking into the liminal. Even eleven minutes can help amplify the whispers of your intuition, and help you navigate life with greater clarity, authenticity, and primal wisdom.

  • Card 12: The Hanged Man
    Jun 10 2025

    Send us a text

Sacrifice and surrender. Letting go of control. Getting uncomfortable to gain a new perspective

Moving into the Hanged Man tarot card means that we are preparing for Death. The tarot card Death comes right after the Hanged Man, so we are in the throes of destruction to find our rebirth and evolve.

We are heading into destruction and death cycles. All the work that we have done with the rest of the tarot cards in the second line of the Major Arcana is now coming to a head with the Hanged Man. There is no turning back.

In the episode, we discuss the main themes of the Hanged Man, which are:

    1. Past the space of your control is where much of your wild nature can be found
    2. Weathering the natural turns and cycles of life provides you with the possibility of growing, evolving, and creating your magick from a rooted place
    3. Do not fight for control over your evolution. Surrender and sacrifice into the process

I also read the The Hanged Man poem from my book Major Arcana: A Poetry Collection, and discuss the imagery of this card from all my tarot decks.

  • Tarot vs. Oracle: Which One is Better for You?
    May 21 2025

    Send us a text

Tarot decks. Oracle decks. Similar method of card stock and beautiful images, but that's about where the similarities between these two divination methods end. In this episode, we look at the similarities and difference between tarot and oracle cards, so you can see which method is better for you.

Neither is better than the other. It depends on a few things, including how you learn, and if you want to learn the system of tarot or learn the cards in a oracle deck. It depends on if you want layered and detailed readings with tarot versus straightforward and immediate with oracle.

The main points discussed in this episode:

    • the similarities / differences between tarot and oracle cards as a divination method
    • deciding which method is better for different types of readings
    • good tarot and oracle decks for beginners

    Decks mentioned:

    • The Wild Unknown tarot
    • The Spirit Animal tarot
    • Ostara Tarot
    • The Wild Unknown Animal Spirit deck
    • Oracle of the Unicorns
    • Earth and Bone Oracle
