Fresh off a break-up and now unemployed, veteran and former high school English teacher Walker Reed is ready to succumb to a grim and hopeless depression. He pains over each landmass, the system that governs this new world, and the civilizations that will soon span the breadth of the planet and determine the livelihoods of its creatures. As his world evolves and begins to take shape, Walker must come to terms with his new role as a god and what it means to truly guide Symphony's first people.
