These are stories about women in abusive relationships. They tell us about what actually went on inside their homes. Some have survived by going into hiding, finding out our legal system doesn’t work, and others didn’t make it out alive. A few have been helped through the legal system. These stories are all too real for a lot of women, seeing them as their stories.

Husband Abuse - This section is completely about men being abused by their mates. Most men can’t talk about it, let alone seek help if they are being abused. They are afraid of being ridiculed or looked upon as being weak. Most of these men have never raised a hand to their abuser. This is a side of abuse that is very rarely heard about.

My Freedom from Abuse, her third book, was developed to help women prepare an escape plan that will allow them to successfully escape their abusers and to give abused women the tools to help them recover.
