She had moved from a small town up north called Rosegrant. Allie had moved to get away from the terrible things that had been happening in the small town. James decides to base his next book's plot about her home town. He likes to do his research up close and personal so he makes the fateful decision to move to the town of Rosegrant. So he can experience the things he's heard about. (Not fully accepting them as truth.) James is about to find out he's in way over his head. As writing a book becomes the least of his worries.
