Helpful and insightful

I would recommend this Audiobook to anyone struggling with anger issues. I have been angry for most of my life; this book explains in a concise way techniques on how to analyze and deal with anger.

The audiobooks are a way for me to remain grounded this audiobook achieves that.

I gave it only 4 stars because they could have expanded even more, but I definitely recommend as a complement to other anger management books.

Mindful approach to learning from anger as an emotion

Thank you so much for your insight, the synthesis of recognizing patterns related to anger and understanding what tools are available to address these different patterns is impeccable.
