A series of early understood explanations on how the brain works and then suggestions on how to improve the brain function. Concrete examples and directions were given. Audio Book is great - but if your are going to do follow these hacks/directions/suggestions - I think you will need the book! Lots of details

I will say that I have only listened to this book, I am going to get the eBook and then start implementing the suggestions. there are lots of them, so it will take time and perseverance -> gaining mental clarity and longevity is a life long commitment.
