it's very nice, great exexplanation, but..

Very well explained and detailed, but it would have been nice to explain the tools even deeper, exercices, or guidelines to follow. I guess I have to use the sources given in the book to receive this info !

Very disappointing - not worth your time or money

I do not usually complain, but I feel I need to share my experience with others. This book “Conquer your Tinnitus” was heavily marked on my social media through audible and I used (Sadly) one of my credits to purchase. The total time spent listening was less than one hour! The first two chapters were repeated, and the conclusion by the reader was spent directing listeners to online resources, which I could have found myself. I learned very little from this book. It was a waste of a credit. Don’t waste yours.
