Loved the characters, the story, and the narration
Wondrously and Amazingly perfect. I had a feeling this was going to be one of those books, you know, the ones that have only good and absolutely no bad and it was, just divine!
Seriously, before I overdose on adjectives, this book, these characters, they will worm into the conscience and heart of anyone. They are flawed, they are kind, they are protective and they feel deeply.
Zander deVries and Lindsay don't fit quite perfectly together, and they bounce off each other regularly, but they can't deny what keeps bringing them together. Who else but a sadist could make you swoon when he states "I fucking love you too", I mean really, but he makes it romantic
In case you haven't figured it out, I loved it, and all I can say is read it, you will in no way be disappointed. If you love this authour, you will still be blown away by this book, it is that good
I am reading the series backwards, well, I started with My Liege, and then this one, so don't worry about needing to read them in order, the story works without any background from the previous books. All it does it make you want to read the others, I think I have my weekend reads all lined up
Loved the book, loved the story, loved the characters - there really is nothing better than that and no better recommendation or review!

Just getting better and better
Cherise Sinclair's earlier titles are well loved and well read, especially the terrific Masters of the Shadowlands series. Guess what? Everything she's written since then has been getting better and better. More realistic and lovable characters with deep secrets and vulnerabilities; deeper, well-thought-out and original plots; quirky, multi-dimensional and memorable minor characters; drawn-out suspense, seemingly insurmountable obstacles, laugh-out-loud humor and steamy make-you-squirm-in-your-seat lovin'. You name it, she does it oh, so well. Can't wait to see what's next, Cherise! I'll be standing in line--or rather, ready to hit the BUY NOW button--knowing it will be well worth the wait and the cost.
