I enjoyed this straightforward approach to learning how to live with some of the challenges of ADHD. I learned about some new behaviours to be aware of and some ways to manage the overwhelm that can creep in. The author didn't feel like she was reading to you, it felt very natural and you could hear the compassion in her voice from her own experience as well as from her professional background. The length was perfect too.

Relatable and compassionate

It’s an understatement to say that this audiobook is relatable to my manifestation of ADHD. The author really nailed it with both the peer-to-peer non-condescending or patronizing tone in delivering research-backed strategies, and the easiness of adopting the recommended strategies to tackle adhd.

1000% relatable and helpful
