    Ever get one of these answers when you asked why you are in pain?  I bet you thought it was a little weird and insufficient.  You were right. Patient often don't get great explanations about how they got hurt, especially when the cause isn't readily apparent.  This leads to muscle blaming, incomplete care and fear that injury can just pops out of nowhere.  Don't accept these answers unless there are under very specific circumstance and this episode will tell you why!
