We discuss getting creative, collaborating with friends, and following your heart, especially if you have not been able to fully express your creativity in the work environment for many years. In addition to tips and tricks for job searching such as networking at events.

We also get some insights from BJ about working with his mom Pat Bigley at their recruitment agency Prime Candidate and how they are navigating the higher number of layoffs in the video games and tech industry right now.

Alex also shares his perspective on the characteristics of entrepreneurs. It turns out that being hyper neurotic can be a fuel to drive you forward.
